Douglas Suber

Doug is a Developer / Investor focused on developing Smart Townhome Communities.

Following his tenure in corporate America, Mr. Suber chose to expand his knowledge of business, real estate and finance into an entrepreneurial venture. Today, his vision is to build smart townhome communities throughout the United States. Mr. Suber's primary business focus is development, with a specialized niche in tax liens. He believes it's possible to acquire land below market rates and develop communities for a higher profit margin.

Today, Mr. Suber has leveraged his knowledge in real estate development capabilities, strategic planning and financial modeling skills to develop what's needed in the housing market, smart homes.

Mr. Suber has over 15 years of successful experience providing leadership in uniquely challenging situations. His background is in Management, Finance, Real Estate, Operations and Strategic Planning; which are the key attributes of his corporate & entrepreneurial career. His dynamic, results-oriented track record of returns and performance in high-paced organizations groomed him to create an organization that’s on track to becoming a leading force in the Workforce Housing sector of real estate development.

Mr. Suber holds a B.B.A in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance & Investments from City of New York at Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business. He is a past member of CCIM, Georgia Chapter.
